One of those values is extended self, the ability of a human being to connect to a (physical) object, without sometimes\u00a0a real indication why.<\/p>\n<p>The customer journey, like buying a cd changed that dramatically due to the digitalisation, that we don&#8217;t even have the time to get attached to something like a cover.
